Just like a page in a storybook fairy tale, our romance comes true…

A few years ago Katy and I were both members of an exclusive singles clique. We were good friends who both enjoyed the outdoors, camping trips, and watching really funny movies. Our relationship as friends was going nowhere. So, I decided to take matter into my own hands and attempted to elevate our status to a more romantic nature. Yada, yada, yada…we’re now getting married. She is the love of my life. I can’t imagine my life without her. -Jeff

Initially we met through a mutual friend.
Jeff started asking me out about a year later. I refused several times, but like so many other times in our relationship, Jeff’s persistence reigned. Persistence and patience soon became the mantras of our relationship. I have never been one to commit to anything other than my job, so you can imagine dating me would NOT be easy. Jeff surely found this out the hard way, but true to his nature, Jeff did not let me be the obstacle in our relationship. He pursued me and stuck by me when most people told him to move on and give up. Jeff never faltered from being loyal to me. I truly am a lucky, lucky girl to be marrying Jeff. He is my best friend. I am more comfortable and myself around him then any other person. Even through so many breakups, heart aches… and even a broken engagement… Jeff had loved me unconditionally (anxiety and all). He is the truest, kindest, and most genuine person I know. Being with him reminds me everyday of the person I want to be. I’m so excited to be finally taking this new step with him, and look forward to he life we will build and the family we will create. -Katy
